Bloopers for the day!

In my mind I know where I put my pen. I've searched everywhere! My bedroom, cabinets, dining area, living room, bathroom.. I still can't find it! It is the only pen that is working at that time and I really need to write a very important note. I even called my mom if she'd seen it before she went out this morning. She told me she'd seen it somewhere in my bedroom. I've searched for it for the nth time, it's not there! I text my brother asking him if he took my pen, he replied he didn't. I was really frustrated and irritated by the fact that I couldn't find my pen! I frantically searched for it the whole morning and afternoon. I finally gave up. My aunt approached me and ask why I'm so stressed. I told her about my lost pen. Then she pointed a thing inserted in shirt's front pocket, "Is that the pen you're looking for?" I was shocked and dumbfounded. All along it was with me. I was frustrated the whole time I was looking for it. But now, I really think its really funny... and a bit of annoying still. So, what's your bloopers for the day? Or yesterday? Or the bloopers you can't forget? ^_^

the first thing that came to mind when i saw this discussion was this incident. we were having a meeting in the board room, all bosses were there and managers. someone called the CEO and he excused himself to take the call. they were busily discussing some schedules and meetings. the ceo needed to take down the schedule so he was looking for his blackberry, he kept on looking for it at the bottom of papers scattered on his desk, telling the person he's talking to wait because he could not find his blackberry. i was secretly smiling. but one of my colleagues could not help himself and said, "Sir, you're using the blackberry,"
