my husband says do parallel dips, do decline dumbbell triceps extension, u want to hit 3 parts of ur triceps the triceps brachii(lateral head,media head, and long head) for long head do overhead cable extensions, for medial head do reverse-grip pressdowns, and for lateral head do reverse grip cable curl!
