yesterday my we had two tradesman here then when my daughter-in=law came home she discovered $2,000 missing,we notified the police and today they came and took fingerprints they found some but we have been told that we have enough circumstantial evidence to charge them as they were the only people in our home that day.How silly can some people be ,i was in the house the whole time but as they were working in my daughter-in-laws en suite i didnt go in ,they took the money from her bedroom drawer.

oh! tat's horrible. tells us to be careful not to simply let anyone into the house. probably next time, you should follow them and see them working, to avoid things like that.

This is simply terrible rosebug and I hope that by now the Police have charged the culprits. How stupid can anyone be to take the money, particularly when someone else was in the house at the time.

I hope things are better for you now Rosebug. I know it has been three weeks since you posted this. I hope they were able to charge the tradesmen and recover your daughter-in-law's money. That is awful. Some people just don't have any moral compass at all these days. Hope all is well now.

The police told us they have done it before but they have never had enough evidence to charge them untill now or enough reason to fingerprint them but now they can go ahead an fingerprint them and they are sure they will match what they have found. It loks lke they will be charged
