Do you re format your file when Upload video in youtube?

Four days ago when I visited at Bali, I taken video on there. but my video have big size file so I convert to 3gp to reduce the file size. ( you can see my video in my blog or my youtube channel )
the result my video be bad graphic, but for me its okay than good graphic quality but have big size file and difficult to upload in youtube.
How about you my friend?
Do you always re format your file when upload video in youtube?

I'm never upload video in youtube.
if I want upload any file I use rapidshare or ziddu.

No I don't. What's the maximum file size again? If I'm not mistaken, I think it's about 100mb or something. I haven't uploaded a new video since forever. lolz
Well the last time I uploaded my vid, I think its about 60-70mb file size (3-4mins I think) Don't really remember XD. I didn't convert it because I want it to be in the same quality. Uploading videos to youtube is hella slow! but I think that if you ever convert your file to something then upload it, The amount of time you will use to convert is almost same when you upload it directly. ^_~
