Why only girls like the colour PINK?

hi archie0...not only girls like the color pink. my nephew does and i heard of another man that does. problem is as the saying goes, "only prize-fighters can where the color pink." it has a feminine stigma. now there have been some men that wore pink shirts or ties. but it's not that common. and some of them get ridiculed. my nephew doesn't where pink and doesn't announce that fact that he likes pink. i don't have pink in my room in a dominant color but i have a lavender comforter that has pink butterflys on it. i love it. i had a pink t-shirt that i liked but got too grungy to wear. i knit a pink afghan for my bed years ago. it was fun to knit with the pink. hehe.

Well, not only girls love pink but guys too.. my brother is a fan of pink shirts, maybe he was influenced by my sister-in-law who's a big fan of pink.. most of her things are pink in color(shirts, dresses, maternity dresses, bags, accessories, shorts, etc).. i like pink too but am not a big fan of it.. i prefer earth colors like moss green, brown, etc..

I'm a girl, and I don't like pink very much. I like it a little bit more lately, since I realized it looks good on me. I think most men shy away from it because it is associated with being, well, "girly". One of my male friends absolutely LOVES the color pink, though.
