Car Rental Issues

I just got a call from my rental agent asking if I was satisfied with the Toyota Avalon. I explianed I was very pleased. I also got a call about the claim for the accident in referance to the rental. They stated they'd pay for a standard rental. Now my agent says the Avaloin is a Premium not standard. So he said he will just charghe the insurance company the standard rate and allow me to keep the Avalon. I said earlier I got a great agent at Enterprise. This once again shows that fact. I highly recomend them for rentals. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

My sister and brother have an Avalon. I like it a lot myself, even though when I sat in the backseat I had to sit sideways. But that is because I'm six feet tall. I hardly sit in the back of any car comfortably. There never seems to be enough leg room for me. But I do love Avalons.

It is a decent sized vehicle for a Toyota. I like it a lot as well. Glad they let me keep it at the same rate as a standard size rental. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

That is very nice of the agent at Enterprise to do this for you. Most places would probably insist you bring that one back and get a different car or pay the differenct.

After my accident we used Enterprise for our rental too, they are good. They will even come and pick you up. Good customer service.

They didn't pick me up. They had a car waiting at the body shop for me. Tee hee hee! Then I just drop it off there as well when my car is ready. Makes it a lot eaqsier. All the paperwork gets filled out at the body shop. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

You should ask them how much they would charge for a mini van for about one week to take to virginia. Maybe you can get us a good deal.

That surely is a fantastic agent AGB, I am pretty sure that over here you would either have to pay the extra cost or change cars! Glad that they are looking after you so well - you deserve it! xxx

I will be really pleased with agents and employees who gives great service and most of the time will try to extend more assistance just to keep the client happy and satisfied. I've always like Enterprise! I didn't realize that was the one you were dealing with. They have good cars, good rates and their customer service has always been terrific! I rented a car on a trip once and when I got to the airport they didn't have the compact I'd arranged for so they let me have a mid-sized for the same rate since it was their mistake.
