Building an a/c with VW engine.

Dear Sir; I'am an a/c technician living in Chad a country in africa,I have a VW beatle engine type 1303 and i wish to build a single engine a/c with a welded tubular members fuselage and main+tail planes,covering and other parts from aluminum alloy material. I kindly ask your help on how to design the a/c,the weight,the size, the mac,the cg etc. and problems i might face,If i build such a/c i might be one of the first africans to do so and this was my dream since my childhood.
