I noticed that there is nothing on this interest about archery. I was hoping I could learn something about it from this category, but seeing as there is nothing I thought that I would research and write about what I find on archery. I will list the links in which I find stuff out about archery, but THESE WILL NOT BE REFERRAL LINKS!
Archery is a precision sport, and is the art, skill or even practice of using a bow to shoot arrows. The bows and arrows are used as a way to hunt and can also be used to combat, thus why it is considered a sport. If you use a bow and arrow for these reasons you are considered to be an archer or bowman. If you are an expert at archery you are called a toxophilite. Toxophilite is a noun and it means to be a lover of archery, and one who is devoted as well.
Now the bow is said to be created in the Paleolithic or early Mesolithic era. The Arrows are said to be made of pine.

The link, above, is NOT A REFERRAL LINK.
Have you ever used a bow and arrow?
