Well, I hope you know what does polyphasing sleeping means. It works like this: You sleep 15-30 minutes for every 4-6 hours in a day. It is claimed that Leonardo da Vinci used this techicque. Maybe that is why he had so much spare time and did incredible amount of things. I wonder if anyone tried this technique. I did for two months but it was really hard to adjust at the beginning. Then my parents stopped me doing it as they said it can harm your metabolism. Anyway, do you have any experience?

at the office a 15-30 mins sleep is what we called power nap. my agents usually do that on their lunch break. so they wont be sleepy when they attend to their calls. its effective for them because the power nap energizes your mind.

But the thing is you should not sleep more than 30 mins in a day. You should do power naps trouhgout the day which makes it hard

I have never heard of this before until now. I could never fall asleep for just 15-30 minutes. How would I know when to wake up. Not to mention sometimes it takes be an hour to get to sleep.

I don't think it would be healthy . I think you need a good nights sleep to function right . Little naps all day and night just don't seem like you would be well rested . Specially with all the stresses today. You need more sleep at one time in order to rest your mind

I have never heard of this before but it does sound very interesting! Unfortunately though I do not think it would work for me as most of the time it actually takes me more than 30 min to try and fall asleep in the first place!!
