What is Obama policy on guns?

I am confused, I have heard people say he wants to change the rights of the 2nd AMendment, but then I have read it was only the assault weapons thing he wanted to change, I dont know I looked it up but had trouble finding exactly what I wanted...So who knows about this? I need to be educated on this subject with factual info rather than just word of mouth....Please help!
