How do you make a budget?

my budget includes all of daily needs things first. before getting my salary i decide what to do with my salary and in which order all things will perform. till yet my income goes in my day to day activities and some shopping.

my budget consists of my income and my expenses to live. if i am lucky i manage to put some money in savings. i try to live within my budget and for the most part i do. it is hard to live beyond your means when you don't use credit. if you pay cash and are aware of what your bills are you won't get in trouble. you have to make sure not to fall behind because when that happens, budgets go right out the window.
