Last night I bought a few things out of the deli at the store. One of those things was Munster cheese. I really like Munster cheese, but I don't normally think to buy it. I had some this morning melted over my scrambled eggs. Do you like Munster cheese? Is there a type of cheese that you really like that most of the time you don't think to get? What is it?

I like most cheeses, but I get swiss most often for myself, and american for the rest of the family. I used to buy different cheeses every week for a change of pace, but it became so expensive. Swiss is definitly my favorite, so I stick with that unless I'm doing something like meatballs subs or Italian lunch meat... then I'll go for provalone or mozzarella.

My son really likes Provolone cheese. He likes his grilled cheese sandwiches made with them.

I generally like cheese. I always eat cheese every breakfast. I'm not familiar with Munster cheese though and I haven't tried it yet. I usually eat cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, and mozarella cheese. My personal favorite is the mozarella cheese that's been melted over pizza or hot bread.

I love Munster cheese! But I didn't find that our for a while. I mostly stick with cheddar or mozzerella because they are less expensive, and well aren't they the most commonly purchased cheeses in the States? Anyway, I bought the slices made for sandwiches from Sargento. Those were so good! I've never tried them on eggs though. I usually have cheese on my eggs only when it is an omelet.

My scrambled eggs are basically a mixed up omelet most of the time. I am horrible at making omelets, so I just make the scrambled eggs and then add onion, mushroom, and bacon or sausage to the egg.
