Arm toning with the stability ball

Do you know of any arm toning exercises using a stability ball? This is the part of my body I want to focus on right now so I'm looking for suggestions. Even if you know of any websites that will show me exercises I can do using weights and the stability ball.

Stand with feet and shoulders even with each other. Extend arms above head and bend straight over and pick up the ball and bring it back above your head, then go as far as you can to the right and then left, then back to the floor and start all over again. Try in seqeunces of eight. And also stay "core engaged" at all times. Meaning like your holding your stomach in and that helps tome your stomach muscles. Also you can lay on the ball and do arm rotations in sequences of eight also. Good Luck!
