what to do about neighbors dogs?

we just moved into a house and next door we like our nieghbor she has been really nice and our kids like palying with each other. our landlord thinks that the sun rises and sets with her but i have one issue and not really sure what to do about it. she has 2 adult dogs she keeps on chains and one pup that she keeps in her fence or tries. the dogs i guess have fell in love with us or it might just be we pet and love on them when they are around. the puppy cries for my youngest all teh time. well she has a chain link fence and we have a wood privacy fence. her 2 adult dogs climb up her fence and jump over ours from teh top of her fence and they break there chains doing it. the puppy goes through a hole in her fence and then ends up sqaushed between the little space in the fences so we had to take a board off of ours to get him out the other day cause i was scared he would get hurt. so now he just goes through her hole and in my yard. well i have a very nice yard with lots of flowers and plants and i really dont want the dog poop. every time they get over here we go and tell her so she can come get them which is about 4 times a day or more. she just says sorry and takes them home but no one picks up the poop. the pup chews on everything. we have stuff out there that is corded and he is eating it or chewing it. i dont know what to do. i know from the past tenant you make her mad and the landlord starts trying to nit pick you to death. so not sure what to do about this. i like her dogs and her but i dont want my stuff chewed and poop in my yard there are fences for a reason. what would you do?
