Do you prefer strumming or plucking?
My dad prefers plucking any day. He finds that strumming is too nosiy. But to me, i find that yes plucking sounds more "mellow" in a way, but strumming is easier to play. haha.
What about you?

I learned how to play the guitar before I turned 18. Learning how to strum is easy for me. I never learned how to pluck. Although, I would have loved to learn plucking. I am planning to review my guitar skills this summer and try to write some songs too. I hope I learn plucking as well.

I use a pick. So i dont do plucking (i think its mostly used by classical guitar players).
And i cant realy choose cause you need strumming and picking single strings in metal. You need to know how to do the rythm and leads or you wont have options.
