DHCP leasing

DHCP is dynamic host controlled protocol means hosts will be dynamically controlled by the single server.Here Server gives the ip address for the systems under Lan environment.Leasing means Server gives the ip address temporarly in leasing manner when our client computer starts.Main advantage of Running dhcp server is for Windows deployment services under RAS and it removes the fatigue of ipaddress conflicts under many more systems connected in LAN.Drawbacks are we cant connect to server using f12 boot option under wireless networking environment .
