Should everyone know to use computers?

Whatever be the condition, now a days everyone can see the use of computers everywhere but still people from non-technical branch don't have interest to learn computers.
places where you will need atleast the basic knowledge of computer:
1. Banking transaction
2. communicating with people through chat services
3. wish to share your photos on net
4. want to listen songs
5. how to download
whatever be your educational background one should learn computer uses too.
what you people suggest?

It is depend upon your requirent that peoples are intrested or not because if my business is not relates to copmuter then Why should I have to learn? but, but there is 1 point Now a days no one is remaining unattached from computer. Every one is using computer directly or Indirectly and Even in Indian schools started compulsory subject of computer.

With the development of technology,increasing of people use computer.It seems that people need master the skill of useing computer. Otherwise there will be very inconvinent.

I think it is in everyones best interest to know how to use a computer, I wasn't interested when they first came out, why do I want a computer I would say but I know my computer changed my whole life, it opens up the world and I am not ashamed to say I would be be lost without my computer...
