I'm 27, not married but live with my partner. The other day he asked me, "what name would you like to have for our first baby?" I was left speechless. Then, I realized, my gosh I am too preoccupied of my daily tasks that I haven't thought of that one.(yet!) Now I'm thinking I want to surprise him and would like to get back to his question with a great answer! So I would appreciate if you give me suggsetions by providing me the name and the story or reason behind that name.

My daughter's name is Kelly Allison which means "truthful warrior". I remember when I was going through all the baby name books that I wanted something that made sense together. It was nice knowing the orgin of a name, but every name has a story behind it. So, look for something that has a message or story to it and you'll hit on the right combination. BTW, your expecting? Nope, I'm not. That was the reason why I was caught unprepared, left speechless when my bf asked me of a baby's name. He is not really very fond of asking serious questions. Of course, at my age I do want to have a baby now. The question is, sometimes a part of me would say, "I still want to enjoy my being single."

I think the name would be interesting if it's a mixture of both you and your partner's name. the reason, the child is yours :) mix around with the words you could add 'an', 'ica', 'ine' or whatever to make the name sound nicer do what you have to do to make it your own child's name no one in the world would ever have that name!!! :)
