karate, kungfu

Hands up those who knows karate, kungfu, etc ? do you love it, and still practice it? whats the most difficult and easy thing you feel about it?

Hi, I was a kungfu disciple, but now I'm just a fan. During my teenage, I visited a pagode in China every summer to practice martial art. For me, the techniques are easy, but the martial spirit is hard to learn and to realize. I still remember the slogan of my master :" you can bleed but you oughtn't to cry. You can't lose even you may die".

i liked the slogan of your master by the way, since you were in to this fighting thing, do you know the differences among these - karate, martial arts, kungfu, ninja and more. can you share those with me please i would like to know also how long it takes to get good enough karate/kungfu/etc skills? thanks
