I heard that on tv years ago. Maybe it's true, maybe not. I really love to sleep especially when I was still in college. It's just that now i never sleep that much because I already have a kid to take care of. But maybe, it's true sometimes. I have this friend whose only 27 years old and still single but a lot of people think that she's older than I am. But the truth is I am already 32 years old and a mother of a 4 year old kid. I know sometimes she is offended but i try to comfort her by saying that maybe you're mind setting is matured that's why it shows and you are pretty. I know I am lying to her but I really don't want her to get hurt.

I do think that if you get enough sleep, you could look younger! I wish I could get more, but life is not that kind these days! From what I understand, sleep can help to keep your skin healthy and glowing, but I'll be too old to glow before I am able to get any!

maybe not younger but perhaps more refreshed and can alleviate some bags under the eyes etc. i know getting enough sleep is really good for your health and well being so perhaps that in itself is what makes us look younger.

Hello Niah, about sleeping well i believe that it helps us to regenerate cells and restore our strength, but other than that like making us look younger, i don't think so. Stress is the main culprit of why people do look older than their age. Problems that tend to arise and how people deal with it is somewhat the reason for early aging specially if we always do frown. But lack of sleep will make us more irritable and stressful that is why we look horrible when we lack sleep. But i think it will not contribute also if you sleep more than the rest of people do.

People's emotions?body and looks can decide whether she is beautiful or not.We have seen a lot of beauty on television and in movies, but when we put up hear the camera,we can found that job and lack of sleep are stacking up their beautiful. As long as plenty of natural sleep,we are beautiful in each person.Bemember a word, the beauty are from adequate natural sleep.

Yes its true Thats why I am 30 years old now and still look younger, others thought that I am still a college student... when ever I am talking over the phone at night, after a long conversation, I will tell my friend/sister/bf that I need to take my beauty rest

I think sleeping can make you look younger. If you are well rested, you arent as likely to be walking around with sagging tired looking eyes with black rings from lack of sleep. This look does make one look older for sure, as if they have been through a stressful life. Not getting enough sleep can in fact lower your immune system, and make you more prone to getting sick. Ofcourse being sick, can make you look old and haggard looking. Also getting enough sleep can make you feel happier. If we try to function with not enough sleep, we can get cranky. This alone can make us look older and not as well. Getting enough sleep also effects all the organs in our body, giving them ample rest to rejuvenate. If organs function well, then so do we and when we function well, we look better

Yes a good sleep makes your skin glow with health, but over sleep is not good too.it then affects your body and figure/physique.well with a good sleep it is very important that we have a good diet a very less oilly food helps kin to stay younger for long, even eating some herbs specified from oldest traditions helps skin to glow with youth.hope you have a beautifull time... :) tc

Yeah sleeping relaxes our body and soul and thus rejuvinates our body..It helps in proper circulation and also aids the flow of oxygen in our body. Thus sleeping is very essential for good health..It makes us healthy which reflects into a glowing skin and young looks. But exceesive sleeping depletes oxygen from our body and makes us look bad!!
