i hate waiting, decide who will be hired allready

now that i found out i lost my job today i'm starting to get really impatient. i had applied to other jobs allready. one that i really want i applied to over a month ago. the contract doesn't start until mid april but you apply on the website and it states they are still looking at resumes. it's said that since the deadline to send it it over a month ago. i hate waiting and wish i could at leasg get a yes or no soon. i just hate not knowing what is going on

Part of looking for a job is waiting whether you'll be hired or not. Just be patient. Companies have hundreds of applicants to choose from that's why its taking them so long to respon to your application. They're just sifting on who deserves to be hired. I understand where you're coming from and I, too, hate waiting. But companies have processes to follow so be patient. Eventually you'll get that call saying ypu're hired.

i am also impatient with this too,actually it always happen to us every time we send resumes through online application and we will wait before we know if we will hire or not or even if we are qualified for this position,its okay with me if they will answer me no at least i already know it.
