How can I get google adsense to work?

A few weeks ago I signed up for google adsense for website. But, I got a letter back from them stating because my site was hosted on tripod they couldn't accept my application. They said that they would work with me if I ever changed that. Well, I decided that it was time for me to also start a personal blog on blogspot. So, when I went and tried to reapply for google adsense... they said that my account was disabled for 'invaled click activity!' So, what do I do? Are there any other options available to me? Has anyone else ever had this happen to them before? I'm so excited to actually start blogging about whatever I want. Haha. But, this could pose a problem!
