NoMinCashOut - Turning Scam ?

I have just had an email from a friend who is an upgraded member of NoMinCashOut, warning me to be careful as they have changed their TOS to payout in increments of $3.
Now I haven't had time to check this out, but wanted to know if anyone else had heard of anything on the grapevine, and whether this might mean the end of the road for NoMinCashOut in its present form.
Anyone ? Any Thoughts ?

well in my case, I got paid twice and i have reached the payout for the third time (6$) but in my account, it shows, you are yet to be paid(my second payout). So they are not letting me take the third payout because of this. But i already got the second payout in my alertpay account.

I have been waiting a long time for my payout and I have suspended my acitivity on the site until I do receive payment, if I do!

Well paula that doesn't sound very promising does it, I hope that you will get paid soon from them, you will have to let me know how you get on, and i don't blame you for your inactivity whilst waiting for payment.

ya that is happening to many sites..i am also a member of it..Thanks for the warning..
I joined many sites which offers cash but only a few is working nicely..I am a member of Mylot,Revver,bux.to,adbux,and lots more...I got payment from mylot and revver..So now i am moving with very care..

Yes it seems to be happening a lot at the moment sajuman, this is a fairly new site that I have joined after doing a referral exchange, so will carry on for now to honor my committment inthe exchange, it is just a bit worrying.
I tend to stick to a core few good reputable sites that don't let me down and then dabble in other sites until I know that I have been paid.

I don't think the same Jason.
though I have only requested for the first time pay out which is yet to be paid. Still I can not think that it would going to be a scam site.It has it's reputation after all.I am waiting for my pay out .hope you will also wait patiently.

Well I wouldn't have thought it, a lot of people keep recommending it, it's just that a friend suddenly emailed me warning about it, so I thought I would ask anyone on here for their take on it, or if they had heard any rumors about the site.
With so many companies starting up and disappearing overnight, you never can be sure can you ?

Yes, there is nothing like nominimum there after your first request for payout. Initially, it was $1 after first payout.....However, that does not mean that the site has gone to be a scam...in fact, they are still paying...but they took too much time to process your payout request at least ten days and gives air to grapevine....

Well I don't mind an increased amount, although it sort of clashes with the name, as long as they pay, although the question is, Why do they need to to do this in the first place and change things all around, is it trying to hide anything els ?
