How many credible people do you think it will take to get our judicial system to take seriously the accusations of non-qualification under the constitution of Barack Obama? In the following article we have yet another respectable citizen who served his country honorably in the military not only accusing Obama of not being eligible but of traitorous acts! Here is the article: http://wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=92835

What is Obama afraid of?If he is a citizen of the United States he would be more than happy to prove it to the many people that don't believe it.The people that are against this are just under his spell.I can't figure out what people see in him. After only 2 months in office,I'm starting to wonder if we can get Bush back.

Oneidmnster, LOL! Get bush back! Like he would really want to inherit the fiasco he started and Obama is putting the finishing touches on! Unless something drastic (nothing short of a bonafied miracle)happens, this country and the freedom we love is headed for the scrap heap. How ironic if we are led there by someone who isn't even eligible to lead under the constitution!

Obama, of course. Bush is history although he has played his part in the problem!

OMG, I wish people would give this a rest. I think that people are going to take the election of Barack seriously. He is the elected candidate of the people. The supreme court has already said they would not hear about the problems of Obama because there has to be some balance in all this.

Snowy22315, What does balance have to do with constitutional eligibility to hold the office of president of the USA? You see, if he is actually eligible, he has smeared his own name by just not simply producing the proof. The longer this goes on, the more it will be percieved he is not eligible. But you tell me, if he is eligible, why not prove it?

I think it would take one credible person with actual evidence, although it would have to be one hell of a piece of evidence since the state of Hawaii has already confirmed that Obama was born there.

Do you think the Kenyan records office is in the Hawaiian records office? The state of Hawaii confirmed Obama was born there.

Hawaii has done nothing of the kind. They claim to have seen his birth certificate... they never released what it said.

This one also has the distinction of being a criminal complaint, and not simply a suit demanding proof of eligibility. There are enough of these various suits being filed that eventually some of them are going to actually be heard and ruled on. This is a very serious matter, and it is way past time for these questions concerning the 0bamunist be addressed. No one is above the law, and that includes this clown.

Nice of the moron stream media to CONTINUE to SUPPRESS this story! This is huge, and it should be all over the news. I hope this case sees the light of day instead of being tossed aside at the peril of our nation like the others. If the accusations are true, and is backed up by evidence, 0bama should not only be removed form office but should be sent to JAIL!
