Have you ever been wrongfully scolded?

Well, it's not fair that the fault is not mine but his and yet i get scolded by him. My dad somehow got the wrong location to pick me up and started scolding me when i didn't appear. When i tried to ask him of his location and tell him it's different from mine, he blatantly refuses to listen and just go on and on about he being at the right place and i jolly well get my butt over. It's just unfair when he didn't get the correct place and yet i get scolded because of his mistake. Has it ever happened to you?

It was when I was in 8th standard in the school, and some of my friends of mine were teasing some boys in first aid room, me and a friend of mine were standing there, and then our lect. came, they just silently in the classroom, and not knowing all this we kept on standing there... And when she came, she slapped both of us... I cant forget that day...

Sure have, more times than once. It is because parents think they are right and you are wrong for telling them wrong, even though you may have told them right where you would be. Parents just hear wrong sometimes, and they take it out on you because it is easier than dealing with their own shortcomings. Sorry, it sucks when you get chewed out for something you didn't do, but there is nothing can be done about it except bear it patiently and wait for them (parent) to be in a really good mood and then gently bring up the topic and make sure they are listening to you first before saying anything important especially eye contact is established before saying something important. It may help next time.
