Socks the Pest!

My kitty Socks is shy and finally getting over it to a degree as she's 3yrs old now. I see her during the day and she does come to visit from time to time but usually sleeps the day away, her brother is usually awake & her sister sleeps with her. But man when it's 2am where do you think this cat is? She's walking on me purring away. key thought it's 2am!!! I shoo her away so i can get some rest but she keeps on bugg'n me. I love her attentions just not when I'm trying to sleep. So clearly she's the reason I"m up at that ungodly hour as she pested me to death this morning. But yet as I type she's no where to be found! *LOL* As she likes to sit next to my keyboard and watch the insertion point or mouse arrow move around... aka my surf'n buddy.
How bout you do you have a cat that likes to pester you when you are sleeping?

My dog does that. He hears you get up to even go potty in the middle of the night & he's whining to go potty too... BITE ME DOG! Though Socks will keep wanting attention if I pet her and keep petting her, if I ignore her she'll lay down and forget about me.

Yeah that's definatly not fun, socks will give you a massage and sometimes doesn't retract her claws as much as one would hope...
