Unfortunately I got this condition about four years ago...and now I am using Selson blue Naturals. It seems to be helping and it smells much nicer than some of the other treatment type shampoos...
If you have dandruff and you sue the shampoos how long do you leave it on your scalp while shampooing?

Nope, I very rarely have dandruff, and thats if i haven't washed out the shampoo properly, but if i do it properly there is no troubles, it hardly ever happens anyway so im alright. But if you do get dandruff, maybe get some anti dandruff shampoo, which prevents you from getting dandruff, you can get it anywhere like your nearest supermarket.

I rarely have dandruff, it occurs every summer because of the heat and dirt accumulated in my hair. I use any dandruff shampoo, whats important is rinsing it very well. Avoid sweaty scalp and wash everyday.

I sometimes have and i am trying to use things that are gentle on my hair and i know it can be hard at times, but I found some shampoo and conditioner that is natural. I am hoping that this will help me. I try not to use too many products and try to treat my hair which can be a bit dry at times too.
