OMG....I need help.......

My husband took our son over to his grandma's and my sons cousin was there. My son is 5 going on 6 and his cousin is 12. Well, when I picked both of them up on the way home, my husband told me he found her "on top" of my son..... Where in the world is this coming from!!! I am trying to get ahold of the mother to let her know what happened but what if nothing is done about this? I don't want my son near her anymore but I also can't keep him away from family. I know curiousity but come on, you can't be doing that especially to alittle boy that don't know what it is....omg.....
