Do you have morning sinus? I find that every morning when i wake up, it's inevitable that my nose will start to drip. Is there a reason? And how do i prevent it? Also, i realize that whenever i hit places with very VERY strong air-conditioning, i tend to sneeze and have a runny nose too. Does anyone have the same occurrence as me?

My husband, my sister and niece are like you. They just make sure that the room is ALWAYS clean. They also drink claritin or sinutab to help them breath better. most of all, they just deal with it. There are people like this and cannot really prevent it.

Regal- The best investment I made for our family was a netti pot. We use it daily to wash out our sinus cavities and we've noticed quite a difference. If we forget, we notice right away. It's a great way to keep sinus infections down, etc. You can pick one up at any store, for not very much money. Give it a try. Namaste-Anora
