Does anyone know how to cite a source on Associate Content?

I have been having trouble figuring out how to cite a source on associated content. How do you make a hyperlink? Also how do you end the part of the hyperlink and then just have words that are not hyperlinked? It needs to be in html format. I understand what order to put the information in, I just do not know the html aspect of it. Thanks, any help is greatly appreciated.
