could stem cells help fibromyalgia?

with all the research going on does any one know if they are doing any studies to see if a stem cell type procedure would help out fibro? my mom has been mentioning it and i have seen stuff on tv with them experimenting on other health probs so i hope it doesnt take long for them to think of trying it on fibro anyone know if its being researched or not for fibro?
