10 tips to prevent depression

I want to share experiences about depression, mental disturbances as a mental disturbance which does not cause the load stable, resulting in a decrease in quality of life. Mental disturbances that occur most often is fear. Feelings and interests that are not balanced. 10 tips that should be considered are: 1. Be balanced, realistic and the idealist. 2. For the task / job over to others. 3. Perform tasks that you can really do. 4. Tell your problem to the person you trust, to feel more comfortable. 5. Perform activities that can make your heart happy. 6. Try to always think positive. 7. Do not hesitate / ashamed to ask the help of family / friends. 8. Do not think all things, because not all important to you. Be devil-may-care of some things that are not important. 9. Fear you will not solve the problem, but will add a new problem. 10. Life is beautiful, so enjoy it.

This is nice. I like #5, especially. Exercising releases endorphins, which are supposed to make you happy/stress-free. It's true, from what I know. .

I use to manage depression, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle depression.

True..its breathing exercise name pranayama, and its excellent for depression and balancing emotions for a human body. Thanks for sharing!
