Which is the best leverage for micro account in forex trading?

i am newbie in this case.I opened an account in fxopen.But thinking that which leverage setting will be best to go?
Can anyone tell me.There are are 1:10 to 1:500.Which one is good for me?
i am currently using 1:100 leverage.
