Due to the weather, rushing around and working (of course) and online stuff....my sleeping pattern got way out of hand. So I began using my go-to sleep aide Melatonin. Have you ever used this stuff? It works so well The best I ever used to help me sleep. I actually wake up rested. No hangover feeling. ANd I wake up before my alarm half the time. Oh and I started back with my vitamins....so now I am fully awake during the day and can function...I forgot what it felt like not to be a walkign zombie.... So do you rely on supplements to help you get back to a normal sleeping pattern?

In my opinion if you work hard in day then automatically you get right and proper sleep at night. So working hard is the great sleeping supplement at all.

I took that stuff for a while, I'm not a pill popper when it comes to some things but I really liked how Melatonin worked for me. I'd use it again if I needed to.

It's a good go-to sleeper. I never heard of it until a nurse where I work told me about it years ago, now I swear by it. Thanks for responding.
