Public Enemies

Just went to see Fast and Furious this weekend and while it was a good movie if you're an action junkie, not so good if you're an action junkie who likes cars (they managed to destroy two beautiful classics), the best part of it was the trailers. Specifically Public Enemies starring Johnny Depp as John Dillinger and Christian Bale as Melvin Purvis. That alone should make for some right fine entertainment. Throw writer/director Michael Mann into the mix and it's rocketed to the top of my must see movies for this year. I'll be honest, I had to look up Michael Mann's credits but he wrote the screenplays for several terrific action dramas including Manhunter, (IMO a far better film than Red Dragon). What about you? Are you excited to see this one? How do you think Mann and the other writers chose to end the story? With the history book ending or the urban legend ending?

well i think the movie was awesome , i too like the starting of the trailers , it was too cool. but i dont think that jonny deep was there in the movie . ya nad the end was also too cool . well but it was not that coll like the first part.

I think they should end with history book ending, it was cool enough.
