How many of you use RSS feed?

i think they are good because some sites are asking for RSS feeds. which personally i don't understand the point..hahhaa.. but anyway, i am using it...

I can't really say for sure if they are good. If I'm correct in my description of an RSS feed I believe they can be beneficial to use in getting better input on your discussions, blogs, etc. Of course mylot offers an RSS feed and I believe it can be individualized down to different people here, aka there usernames.
