Don't you think the "post response"and the "submit tag" buttons should be on the same page ?

First we have to post our responses and then there's another page just for asking us to submit tags. Dont you think thats funny ? A full page just for submitting tags and that too we sometimes skip the second step. So don't you think there should be a box for posting our response and below that there should be another small box asking for tags and a common button saying something like "post response and submit tags"... What say ???
