My favourite cricketer is Sunil Gavaskar. His contribution to indian cricket is really unparalleled. He was the one cricketer who laid the foundation stone for the indian batsmanship. There was a time when every indian batsman modelled himself in the lines of Sunny. Who is your favourite cricketer?

Sachin Tendulkar is my favourite cricketer. He is the one who set an example in every aspects of batting. In this age of media pressure, modern days technique and other stuffs, he has excelled himself in every aspects. He has carried the expectation of India for 20 years. In the years of 1995-2000 he was the One Man Army of the Indian cricket. In how many weather conditions sachin accustomed himself to play! Its' surely Mind blowing. Not many could do this feat. He is the reigning emperor of the World Cricket. Sachin is now in a stage where whatever he does is a world Record. To the misconception of many who says that sachin plays Selfish innings, its a pity that Sachin falls under those allegations. Sachin never had played for his selfish needs.

I agree with you. Sunny is my favorite. I just astonished to remember tat he faced Andy Roberts, Michel Holding, Joel Garner, Malcom Marshall, Lilee and Thomson without wearing a helmet. How confident was there? He is the real hero.
