I found a deal for some and my hubby made some the other night like brats. Other than a stir fry or eating them like a brat or hotdog..... How else would you make them? side dishes?

Normally I serve them as your average meat... with nothing on them but with taters or noodles on the side and some veggies. Last time I made it I served it with pierogies, which are really good. I also once bought one of those zatarain's rice dishes, the ones that are complete meals, just add meat... I added some to that and it wasn't bad.

I haven't had a pierogie in years.

I used to cut them into little round slices and fry them with onions. Au grautin potatoes and broccoli or green beans were the side dishes, or maybe some rice pilaf. I love kielbasa but always get the turkey stuff because the calories are so low! It's been so long since I tasted the real thing that I probably wouldn't recognize it.
