I want to behave nicely if I am a boss. I will adjust myself to the needs of the employees and the needful for them. I will try not to boss over them, I know it is easier said than done. But I wil do my best to control my anger and be patient. After all the employees are also humans.

to topic starter: I think you have this idea just because you're not a boss now. Of course I'm not too. But I know if I became a boss in the furture, I'll feel different hard than common employee. Yes, like that friend said, I'm not mean, but I'm fair.

Being the boss is a very hard task,if I will be one I will try my very best to understand the needs and responsibilities of my employees not only to me but also with their personal life.I want to be flexible to the working mothers and also single parents because they need to do a lot to survive.

In my past experience, I had to be professional. When I tried to be the employees' friend, it backfired on me. They then thought that they could walk all over me and do whatever they wanted. Now, I am all business. I am not mean, but I am fair. If they have a problem, they know that they can come to me no matter what the problem is. When they want a day off for something, I try my very best to give it to them. But I no longer socialize with them out side of work. They know nothing of my personal life. I only know what they volunteer to tell me about their lives. I don't go out of my way to ask them. I just have to keep my distance, even though it gets kind of loney sometimes. I have to treat them the way my boss treats me.
