70Cents Scam- I am confused...........

I registered with 70cents.net. i clicked ads earned cash. I did upgrade to level one for $0.70. They let me use the cash I earned with 70cents. So i didn't loose my money. After upgrading also i did click ads and earned cash. Today when i was loggin it said "invalid username" so clicked on "forgote usernmae/password" link to get my password. they asked for email add to send me my password and username. I did give the email add which i used when i registered. But i got a shocking news that it said my email add is not in their database. To check if they really scamming or was there any fault with their datbase I did register again on that site using the same username, pasword, email add, first name and last name, which i used when i registered for the first. They did accept my registration the second time. So what happened to my previous records in their site. If there was fault in the data base, how did it accept my second registration, where i used the same data to register for the first time on 70cents. Has this happened to any one of u guys?....I think they are total scam....... or what else??????????
