firepits, do you have one?? want one?? like them??

We will be working on our yard soon...actually we have already started working on pulling the weeds and cleaning out the old dead plants from last year. We didnt do all this last year when it turned colder and so now we are paying for it, but we would still have to weed and get the ground ready for our garden and plants....and even a small patio I have planned. I was thinking of putting in a firepit...not a bbq, but a firepit where I could set up chairs around it and we could sit out there some nights and actually have a fire... do you have one of these?? do you use them or know someone who doe?? What do you think of them?

No I don't have one or know anyone but I would like to have one myself and I am planning to have one some time in the next few years.I like being outside at night and one would be just perfect.

my parents have one and they never use there...and I have an aunt and uncle that have one and use it every night in the summer through the fall, and they do the smores and everything, it sounds like such a great family thing to do....I am hoping to get one this year of our own. it is a nice thought, and I hope you can get one too!! thanks for the response.

I think it is a cool idea. I don't personally have one as my backyard is not real private. It might be fun to have one to sit by at night but the last few nights here have been so hot like july that sitting by the fire is the last thing I would want to do,lol!

oh I know what you mean...it has been hot here too the last few nights only after the rain we are getting tonight we go back to reality and we lose our extra warm weather....LOL but it would be nice, and I am looking into one... I really want a chiminea but I have to price them out... thanks for the response.
