This elections many companies have announced that they will be giving special discount to the peoples who shows the proof of the vote black ink mark on the finger. Will this effort help to increase the percentage of voting ?

If we would do this in America we'd get more voters! Of course, those who do vote tend to judge a candidate on his or her personality instead of the issues so I'm not sure if this would be good for the country. We have a government of personalities that don't know a thing about governing but they are attractive or charismatic. And our country is circling the drain.

I have not heard of any annoucement like that but yes, this will encourage people to come out of their house and do voting, at least in ton areas. I don't think that vilagers would get intimidated by that. I hope that in our town also companies give such discounts. Two purposes can be solved, one voting will be increased and in this recession period, companies would get a good sale, isn't it?

there's a possibility i can say, since vote buying is pretty much a wise step to collect those precious votes for those who are running for a title. But i am not in favor of it though, why should it be like this.
