HELP How does someone contact FaceBook?

I don't mean adding contacts/friends.
My sister-in-law is in a pickle. One of her daughters not so good choice of a friend is messaging all these men/boys thru FB & is posting my sister-in-law's number as her own!!!How can she get her phone # removed from this teenagers account? She's asked her daughter to get the "friend" to remove it and no dice.
So how can she get ahold of them to see what she can do about this girl posting her phone number as my sister-in-laws. My SIL is sick of all these strange men/boys asking for her daughters' "friend" constantly??? She's thinking about changing her phone number but she shouldn't have to pay the expense for this in my opinon.

I think she should not provide any mobile numbers because most of them try to call that number and speak in wrong way and i can guess how you felt bad so Account holder only possible to delete that information.

Well the account holder/teenager is ticking off my sister-in-law by putting my sister-in-law's phone number out there instead of her own. She has no right to post a number and lead these men on.
