More than a cheek!!

Kilted - My father the Cornishman!

I recently took my sons to my dad's wedding. My dad is a Cornishman through and through and opted to wear a kilt displaying the Cornish tartan. Claiming that it is much more comfortable to go commando whilst wearing a kilt he certainly flashed more than the cheek of his backside. My son's were totally disgusted about their grandad showing all his 'bits and pieces' to everybody. The horrified look on my son's faces really was a picture. As my father is an expeditionist, he laughed and didn't see what the fuss was about. Have you ever copped more than eyeful than you would have liked? Have you accidentally flashed a part of your body somewhere inappropriate?

You are serious? ....How did his new bride feel about that? I would definitely have put my foot down if I were her! One of my fave lines from the TV show Friends is when the guy with the too short shorts was sitting in the coffee house and no one dared to tell him that his anatomy was hanging out. Finally the waiter comes by and says "Hey buddy! Put the mouse back in the house! This is a family place!"

Can you see what kind of question it takes to get me to reply so quickly here? What does that say about me?! LOL

I have LOL and the girls in school were (disgusted is not the word, but kind of) it was accidental. I fell everyone could see under my skirt. The boys for sure had no problem ... I was so embarassed I didn't want to go to school the next day but then I realize I had to go or else I would miss classes and miss my chance to graduate :)

Well I was born in Cornwall and lived there for five years and have lived in the neighbouring county of Devon for most of the rest of my life, but have never heard of Cornishmen wearing kilts. Suppose it makes sense in one way as Cornwall is a Celtic land similar to Wales, Scotland and Ireland. Have to admit I'm not sure how it can be more comfortable to go commando! Depends on how comfortable your Dad's underpants are I suppose. Personally, I have plenty of comfortable underpants and wouldn't really feel the need to go 'commando'. Still, each to their own ^_^~~~~^_^
