Lotsa wine for one day!

This weekend was the annual Great Grapes Wine Festival in our area. When we got notification that is was going to be in May - it's usually in the middle of the summer, with 90 degree weather - we ordered our tickets right away. All week long they were calling for rain over the weekend, thunderstorms and all. The event is rain or shine so we were ready with our umbrellas! Saturday was a bit overcast but there was no rain! We had a wonderful time, drank lots of wine, listened to the bands and just had fun. I tried a lot of wines I don't normally drink and learned quite a bit about the different kinds out there. We're planning on hitting a few more wine festivals this year. Have you ever been to one?
