fish? Fish are aquatic vertebrates that are typically cold blooded, covered with scales, and equipped with two sets of paired fins and several unpaired fins. Fish are abundant in the sea and in freshwaters, with species being known from mountain streams (e.g., char and gudgeon) as well as in the deepest depths of the ocean (e.g., gulpers and anglerfish).

An elephant, but I'd say that was a good thing, think of the earthquakes they'd cause if the could jump.

Only?? There are many...turtles..being the first that come to mind..they can't jump up or across...some can jump across things likes hippos, elephants etc..but they cannot jump up and down..and then they are limited to how far across they can jump..the larger than animal the more restrictive their limitations.
