how to post ads..unable to publish in craigslist?

hi friends, i am recently into posting ads job and unable to publish my ads. Can anyone help me how to post ads in Craiglist.org without getting ghosted or flagged. I am posting my ads but they are not published even after 1 day. How can i publish ads?..is there any other place where we can post ads freely and they should be published..please help me..looking forward for your replies..thanks:)
