I write or reflect upon things. For example, MyLot. When I read a question I have an opportunity to ruminate on it. To jumble up my thoughts and see what I can see if I assume a slightly different perspective or point of view. I find this intellectually stimulating.
I don't normally play puzzles just for puzzle's sake. But when I do, I do find them stimulating. So, I can see the interest. Something to keep the mind humming along during a long slow flight.

You mean we have to exercise our brains...? But I don't wanna!..lol
I just basically play games in a site called Iwon and one called Winster and do mylot..Mylot makes us use out brains alot to answer discussions, make comments and to figure out what half of them are even talking about..
I have seen some games for Nintendo DS that is for improving your brain functions it would be cool to get one. Now if it would just help me with spelling I would be on cloud nine about it.

I like to play Sudoku. It's really not that hard. It's all based on logic and the longer you play them, it gets easier to complete them. If you stop playing them for awhile then you end up losing it and have to start over from the beginning. I also like doing crosswords but I don't always know all the answers but I do try!

I like the Sudoku puzzles. I usually do the one in the paper every day. We also have an electronic hand held Sudoku game that I play sometimes. For christmas I received a hand held Phase 10 game. There is more chance to that one, but I enjoy playing it.

I love those suduko puzzles! I am pretty good at them, I think that makes a difference. I have seen a lot of people get frustrated over them and that wouldnt be any fun at all.
I love all sorts of puzzles. Minesweeper or tetris on the computer. Riddles or trivia when talking to people. My husband and I just started a jigsaw puzzle the other day!
I think you can exercise your brain just by doing new things. Go new places. See new things. Try new foods. Talk to an expert about something which you have little knowledge. All of these things are good brain exercise!
