Did Anyone Else Expect Tara To Win The Competition?

Pretty much since I started watching this season (or at least an episode or two in), I was rooting for Mike. I was really hoping he would be able to pull it off and win the whole thing. I was disappointed he didn't win, but he (and everyone else, of course) still has a lot to be proud of. 200 lbs. is no small feat for anyone, I think.
But truthfully, I halfway expected Tara to be the winner this season. I mean, after all, she was the only contestant to never be below the yellow line and she pretty much took all the competitions during the season. She did pretty good all season.
Was anyone else kind of thinking Tara would be the biggest loser too?

I was a bit surprised, I thought they were all capable but that Tara and Mike were much more likely to win than Helen. After I saw her come out it seemed more possible she could win so I wasn't shocked. I was rooting for Tara personally; they were all impressive of course, but the way she won the challenges and stayed above the yellow line made me feel like she deserved it, plus I think she was ahead during the previous weigh-in so it's what I would have bet on.

Personally I am Glad it was not Tara, as yes, I am proud of her and her accomplishments, but I think she never seemed to respect others and their accomplishments, and was too concerned with herself. I would have Loved to and was rooting for Mikey as well, and anyone loosing over 200 pds. is a Great accomplishment for sure. What he and his Dad did is awesome. In my book I wish he would have won. In my opinion, Helen is almost too skinny now, but that might just be me.

I am glad that Tara didn't win, because she seemed way to uppity uppity for me.I was hoping that Mike would win, but he did very well, and losing what he did, was fantastic. I know I couldn't lose what he did. I think Helen won fair and square, and she looked positively radiant. What a difference a few months made to her figure. She also worked hard to lose the weight and so I am happy for her. I wish for her nothing but the best throughout her life. Take care, and have a very good day.
